Jerk Sauce



2-3 lbs. of smoked, grilled or baked meat (pork, chicken, beef, shrimp or any other seafood)

cup copped Spanish Onion

cup copped Green Pepper

2 tbs. soy sauce

1 tsp. sugar

2 tsp. salt

3 level tbs. Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning (3tbs can be too HOT for some you may want to try 2tbs)

half bottle of beer


Simmer cooked meat in sauce till meat is moist and tender. Serve over rice. FYI, I grill the meat and soak it in the sauce for 24hrs in the frig and then re-heat before serving.
